## About this tender

PI Krimpen wordt de komende jaren volledig gerevitaliseerd. Dit gebeurt in vier aanbestedingsdelen, te weten: • Deelproject 1 Renovatie leefafdelingen en DIOO (in uitvoering) • Deelproject 2 Dakbedekking, PV panelen en buitenruimte (dit project) • Deelproject 3 Vervangen beveiligingsinstallaties • Deelproject 4 Centrale energievoorziening en binnenruimte Dit project omvat de integrale aanpak van de buitenschil van het complex. Alle platte daken binnen het complex worden integraal (inclusief veilig werken op hoogte, bliksembeveiliging en hemelwaterafvoer) aangepakt. Hierbij worden de dakvlakken voorzien van nieuwe hoogwaardige thermische isolatie en nieuwe dakbedekking. Tevens wordt op een groot deel van de daken een PV installatie geplaatst. De gevels van het complex worden aangepakt, waarbij tegelijk gedeeltelijke verduurzaming (van de gevelopeningen) plaatsvindt. Overzicht algemene kenmerken: Oppervlakte: circa 28.800 m2 bvo Disciplines: bouwkunde, constructie, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde - Geveloppervlakte ca. 14700m2 - Aantal PV panelen ca. 450 stuks - Metalen kozijnen en beglazing ca. 1900m2 - Reinigen gevels en ringmuur ca. 16400m2
