Denna upphandling omfattar en totalentreprenad på Gul linje till Älvsjö innefattande projektering och utförande av spårtunnlar med hjälp av TBM samt utförande av fyra stationer i enlighet med beställarens tekniska lösningar. This procurement covers a design-and-build contract on the Yellow line to Älvsjö including the design and construction of rail tunnels using TBM, as well as the construction of four stations in accordance with technical solutions provided by the client. The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior publication, see the document "Invitation to submit a request to parcticipate". A supplier participating in the procurement is subject to the obligation, pursuant to Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market, to notify any foreign financial contributions received or to submit a declaration that no such contributions have been received.
