Puitejärjestely on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue A: Alle miljoonan euron (1 000 000 €) rakennustyöt. Puitejärjestely sisältää pääasiassa urakoita. Tuntitöinä on tarkoitus tilata selkeitä, pienempiä kokonaisuuksia. Tuntitöillä ei tarkoiteta päivystysluonteisia töitä. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnöllä ja sen liitteissä. SOPIMUSKAUSI Tavoitteena on, että puitesopimus tulee voimaan 1.10.2026. Sopimuskausi on kahdeksan (8) vuotta. Ks. myös liitteenä olevan puitesopimuksen luku 6. Sopimus viimeistellään tarjouspyyntövaiheessa.
