In conformitate cu prevederile Regulamentului 2025/1197, coroborate cu prevederile Regulamentului 2022/1031 si Directiva 2014/2014, Autoritatea contractanta aplica masura IPI in procedurile care au ca obiect achizitionarea de dispozitive care se incadreaza la codurile CPV 33100000-1 – 33199000-1 si cu o valoare estimata egala sau mai mare de 4.400.000,00 lei TVA Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 11 zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisă după data menționată va pune Autoritatea Contractantă în imposibilitatea de a oferi un răspuns și, drept urmare, se va considera tardivă.
