Die GESOBAU AG beabsichtigt die Instandsetzung und Modernisierung der Wohnhausgruppe 3246. Die Wohnhausgruppe 3246 umfasst die Häuser 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.1 und 12. Das im 19. Jh. als Rieselgut entwickelte Stadtgut Hellersdorf soll zu einem neuen, aktiven und attraktiven Zentrum für die angrenzende Wohnbebauung mit Kultur, Arbeit und Freizeit entwickelt werden. Das bestehende Gebäudeensemble wird saniert und durch öffentliche, multifunktionale Platz- und Gartenflächen, ergänzt. Die hier beschriebenen Leistungen betreffen die Häuser 5, 6, 7 und 11.1. Leistungen: - ca. 1 St. Brandwarnanlage (SV-Abnahmepflichtig) mit Hausalarm- und Rauchmeldern - ca. 4 St. Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlagen - ca. 4 St. Türsprechanlage mit Außen- und Innensprechstellen. - ca. 12.500 m NHXMH-J in den Querschnitten 1,5 -2,5 mm² 3-5 pol. - ca. 650 m NHXMH-J in den Querschnitten ab 4 mm² 5 pol. - ca. 8.500 m Datenkabel Kat 7 - ca. 145 St Anbau Leuchten LED - ca. 170 St Einbau Leuchten LED - ca. 50 St Präsenz-/Bewegungsmelder - ca. 85 St Schaltgeräte a.P. und u.P - ca. 160 St A.P / UP Schuko-Steckdosen 1, 2 und 3-fach - ca. 1 Stück Photovoltaikanlage mit 24,6 KWp Komplett - ca. 500 m Solarkabel 4 mm² halogenfrei
