Le patrimoine d'ouvrages d'art est constitué d'environ 1430 ponts dont un tiers sont en béton armé ou précontraint et un tiers en maçonnerie. Les investigations concernent principalement l'évaluation de l'état des câbles de précontrainte et le diagnostic corrosion sur les structures en béton armé. L'objectif est de pouvoir déterminer un programme d'études ou de travaux de réparation et renforcement sur les ouvrages investigués. il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande avec un maximum annuel fixé à 300 000.00 € HT ; conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat. L'accord est reconduit tacitement 3 fois 1 ans. La durée du contrat toutes périodes confondues est de 4 ans.
