Hierfür werden Tief-, Rohrleitungs- und Spezialtiefbauarbeiten erforderlich werden. Insgesamt werden ca. 215m in DN80 (VL/RL) für die nördliche Querung und ca. 300m in DN150 (VL/RL) für die südliche Querung hergestellt, inklusive Formstücke, Dehner und Kabelschutzrohre. Kernleistung ist die Unterquerung zweier DB-Strecken mittels gesteuertem Microtunnelvortrieb (DWA A 125) inkl. Bauüberwachender Tätigkeiten. Hierfür sind je Querung Start- und Zielgruben (ca. 7,8×7,5m bzw. bis 6,55×7,5m oder kleiner) möglichst erschütterungsarm herzustellen, welche teils unterhalb Bemessungswasserspiegels zum Liegen kommen. Die Vortriebe erfolgen in Stahlbeton-Schutzrohren DN500 (Nord, je ca. 46m) bzw. DN600 (Süd, je ca. 69m) inklusive Mitverlegung von Leerrohren und Lecküberwachung. Zusätzlich sind Kontrollschächte mit Pumpensumpf und Absperrarmaturen (im Schacht & erdverlegt) sowie Baustraßen herzustellen. Besondere Herausforderungen bestehen in der Ausführung im Bahnbereich unter laufendem Betrieb, beengten innerstädtischen Verhältnissen, sensiblen Umweltauflagen, Grundwasserverhältnissen sowie der Koordination zahlreicher Gewerke und Fremdsparten bei gleichzeitig hohen Anforderungen an Verformungsbegrenzung, Erschütterungsschutz und Bauablaufkoordination.
