M. Kopernika w Łodzi. 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych, wraz z uzyskaniem na rzecz Zamawiającego wszelkich niezbędnych decyzji, uzgodnień, opinii, pozwoleń i innych dokumentów (jeżeli będzie to konieczne) umożliwiających zgodne z obowiązującymi przepisami wykonanie robót budowlano instalacyjnych i późniejsze użytkowanie zmodernizowanych obiektów Szpitala im. Kopernika w Łodzi. 3. Całość robót należy wykonać zgodnie z Programem Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym (dalej zw. PFU) stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 4.
