Sie ist als Anschlussmaßnahme an die 2023 abgeschlossene Sanierung der technischen Anlagen inkl. neuem Technikgebäude und Dachsanierung über der Umkleide zu verstehen. Im Zuge der geplanten umfassenden Sanierung und Modernisierung der Fassaden-, Dach- und Glasflächen, soll die Effizienzgebäude-Stufe 70 erreicht werden.
