Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej: a) rozbiórki istniejącego budynku szkoły, b) budowy modułowego budynku szkoły podstawowej w technologii prefabrykowanej, wyposażonej w ukrycie zlokalizowane w części podziemnej budynku, sali gimnastycznej w technologii murowanej wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną przy ul.
