Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie okresowych kontroli stanu technicznego i bezpieczeństwa obiektów hydrotechnicznych oraz obiektów towarzyszących, zgodnie z art. 62 ust. 1 pkt 1 i 2 ustawy Prawo budowlane. Zamówienie obejmuje wykonanie kontroli:-rocznych,-pięcioletnich, dla obiektów wskazanych w OPZ, odrębnie dla każdego obiektu. 3. Zakres kontroli, sposób ich przeprowadzenia oraz szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące dokumentacji, w tym protokołów i dokumentacji fotograficznej, zostały określone w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ). 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do sporządzenia protokołów z kontroli dla każdego obiektu, zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w OPZ oraz obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. 5. Dokumentacja z przeprowadzonych kontroli zostanie opracowana i przekazana Zamawiającemu w formie oraz liczbie egzemplarzy określonych w OPZ. 6.
