Martin. Pozemok je majetkovoprávne vysporiadaný vo vlastníctve SR a v správe MO SR. Projektová dokumentácia rieši komplexnú rekonštrukciu budovy, čím sa zabezpečia vyhovujúce podmienky pre ubytovanie príslušníkov OS SR a zabezpečí sa primerané zázemie pre inštruktorov zabezpečujúcich výcvik. Súčasťou budovy je sieň cti a slávy a kaplnka.
