The Site Activation Works is an infrastructure focused project aimed to unlock development with particular focus on expediting delivery of the designated housing development zones at Salesians, Stonetown Terrace, Quarry PBSA, and O’Callaghan Strand. The project consists of a coordinated package of demolitions, public realm and critical infrastructure pertaining to water supply, wastewater and surface water, utilities, flood protection, and transport infrastructure.
