Le gaz naturel est utilisé pour le chauffage des immeubles et locaux appartenant à Habitats de Haute-Alsace, la production d'eau chaude sanitaire et la cuisine. Le contrat concerne 134 PCE et 4 927 logements. La consommation annuelle est estimée à 31 741 MWh. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum divisé en 4 lots géographiques. Il sera conclu avec 1 seul fournisseur d'énergie par lot. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande en fonction des besoins. Les seuils sont exprimés en quantité au sein des documents de la consultation.
