Las principales tares a realizar serán las siguientes: • Supervisar que los proyectos de mejora o adaptación de los intercambiadores que se propongan por parte de las empresas concesionarias, cumplen con toda la normativa técnica o legalmente exigible y que sus precios están dentro del mercado. • Comprobar y certificar que la ejecución de las obras, consecuencia de esos proyectos, cumplen con el proyecto supervisado y que se dispone de toda la documentación que permita la legalización y el funcionamiento correcto de las infraestructuras e instalaciones. • Revisar periódicamente el inventario de todas las instalaciones y equipos de los intercambiadores, con especial incidencia en las averías que se produzcan y el cálculo de su vida útil. • Revisar, el estado de la tramitación urbanística de los locales comerciales que se localizan en el interior de los intercambiadores y el cumplimiento de las condiciones aprobadas para estos locales comerciales, especialmente en temas de seguridad y accesibilidad. • Así como cualquier otra encomendada por el responsable del contrato en el ámbito del objeto del contrato. ## CPV classification Consultative engineering and construction services Source Tenders Electronic Daily (EU) · Notice 414394-2026 [View official notice](https://ted.europa.eu/en/notice/414394-2026) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
