Das Gebäude hat ein UG, ein EG, drei OGs und ein DG. Der westliche, eingeschoßige Anbau (Haus 3b) und der östliche, zweigeschossige Verbindungsbau (Haus 3a) wurden nachträglich errichtet (Bauzeit ca. 1961-1967) und sind nicht Bestandteil des Denkmalschutzes.Gegenstand dieses Auftrags sind Zimmerer-, Dachdecker-, und Spenglerarbeiten.
