Die Schulimmobilien umfassen sämtliche für schulische Zwecke genutzten Grundstücke und Gebäude der staatlichen und beruflichen Schulen. Die Grundstücksfläche aller allgemeinbildenden und beruflichen staatlichen Schulen beträgt etwa 9,1 Mio. m² und die Hauptnutzungsfläche etwa 3,1 Mio. m². In dieser Tätigkeit wurde SBH mit dem Neubau einer Stadtteilschule und Erweiterung eines Gymnasiums am Standort Turnierstieg 18 / 24 in Hamburg beauftragt.
