The SCOT will comprise an online portal to publicise procurement opportunities to the potential MetroLink supply chain including to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The Portal will support publication of opportunities by MetroLink buying organisations (including MetroLink Procurement, key supplier partners and upper tier contractors) to allow self-registration and expressions of interest to be submitted on-line.
