Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια και έκδοση διατακτικών σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή (έξυπνες κάρτες – προπληρωμένες κάρτες), σε συμμόρφωση με την συμφωνηθείσα ΕΣΣΕ και πιο συγκεκριμένα άρθρου 6 παρ. 2 αυτής (ρυθμίσεις κοινωνικού και οικονομικού χαρακτήρα).
