Pe toata durata perioadei de garantie, Antreprenorul va avea in vedere mentinerea de personal cu prezenta continua, care sa monitorizeze performantele operationale ale lucrarilor executate, pentru verificarea respectarii plafoanelor maxime din garantiile privind costurile de operare, asigurand instruire si asistenta operationala pentru personalul Beneficiarului. Numarul de zile până la care Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
