LF UK a FN Motol. Předmět plnění je detailně popsán v návrhu kupní smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 3 zadávací dokumentace. Součástí předmětu plnění je dále servisní zajištění přístroje po dobu jeho předpokládané životnosti, tedy po dobu nejméně 10 let, a to dle těchto závazných zadávacích podmínek. Smluvní vztah mezi zadavatelem a dodavatelem se bude řídit Kupní smlouvou na přístroj a Smlouvou o poskytování servisních služeb (dále také jen „servisní smlouva“), které budou uzavřeny s vybraným dodavatelem po prokázání splnění všech podmínek, které zadavatel požaduje.
