## About this tender

Předmětem soutěže je zpracování architektonického návrhu nové budovy mateřské školy v Rudné v okrese Praha-západ, která postupně nahradí stávající nevyhovující objekty areálu mateřské školy v ulici Ke Školce. Návrh má vytvořit moderní, dlouhodobě udržitelné a inkluzivní vzdělávací prostředí pro děti předškolního věku, včetně dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami (SVP). Nová mateřská škola bude navržena pro celkovou kapacitu 8 tříd (z toho 2 menší třídy určené zejména pro děti se SVP) s kapacitou 200 dětí a důrazem na provozní a kapacitní flexibilitu. Návrh bude dále zahrnovat bazén pro výuku předškolního a školního plavání a organizované kurzy. Předmětem soutěže je rovněž ideové prověření možnosti umístění obecních nájemních bytových jednotek v samostatné etapě výstavby.
