The successful tenderer’s solution will comprise a secure extract of the Contracting Authority’s complex legacy payroll schemas and will transform them into an intuitive, dual-access digital portal. Payroll staff are required to retain granular access to data for the purposes of precise pension calculations, while all Hospital staff require access to historical payslips. In this regard, the proposed legacy data transfer platform must allow the Contracting Authority read-only access to its own payroll data on an ongoing basis. The data will be presented in a portal developed by the successful tenderer with a number of standard reports developed as part of the initial project.
