Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Schaffung eines barrierefreien, energieeffizienten und nutzungsflexiblen Versammlungs- und Veranstaltungsortes für die Dorfgemeinschaft. Die Planungsleistungen für die Objektplanung, Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume, sowie Leistungsbild Freianlagen, wurden bereits zusammen mit den Planungsleistung für die Fachplanung, Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung und Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung (Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär sowie Elektro) als Verhandlungsverfahren mit öffentlichem Teilnahmewettbewerb (DI.ZVSt-JS-01/2026) ausgeschrieben. Die Leistung HLS musste aufgehoben werden, da kein Angebot eingegangen ist, das den Bedingungen entspricht (§ 63 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 VgV). In diesem Vergabeverfahren wird die Planungsleistung für Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär (HLS) nun zusammen mit der Planungsleistung für die Wiederherstellung eines Weges zum Gemeindezentrum erneut ausgeschrieben. Das Vergabeverfahren wird auf Grundlage einer öffentlich-rechtlichen Vereinbarung durch die Zentrale Vergabestelle des Landkreises Havelland durchgeführt.
