Stavba bude umístěna v zahradě a navazujících pozemcích stávající dvoutřídní mateřské školy v ulici Soukenická. Autorský dohled nad zpracováním projektové dokumentace bude zajišťovat zhotovitel architektonické studie. Součástí předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je rovněž poskytnutí licence ke zpracované projektové dokumentaci a jejího hmotného zachycení, a to na celou dobu trvání ochrany majetkových práv plynoucích z autorství vybraného dodavatele.
