Los ensayos van dirigidos, preferentemente, a laboratorios de la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca, Agua y Desarrollo Rural (CAPADR), laboratorios autorizados en Andalucía que realizan análisis en el ámbito de la calidad agroalimentaria y la producción ecológica, designados en Andalucía; así como aquellos laboratorios de fuera de la comunidad que hayan sido invitados, para que contribuyan a mejorar el resultado del ensayo.
