Deze aankoop kadert in de vervanging van de huidige installatie. De levering, installatie en indienststelling van de eerste installatie zijn voorzien in 2027. Daarnaast behoudt de aanbestedende overheid zich de mogelijkheid om, gedurende deze raamovereenkomst van 48 maanden, een tweede gelijkaardige installatie aan te kopen.
