MNA currently has its main facility for a waste disposal facility at Sandmoen in Overhalla municipality. The administration is located in Barlia in the same municipality. Retura-NT AS and ReTrans AS (department Namsos) are currently located in joint premises at Spillum in Namsos. MNA shall now construct a new main facility at Skage industrial area in Overhalla municipality, where all the above mentioned functions will be collected in the same area. This procurement is for the preparation of a preliminary project and the tender documentation for a turnkey contract in two phases, a preliminary project in phase 1 and the tender documentation for a turnkey contract in phase 2. It is open for tenderers to participate together with the turnkey contractor in the next phase.
