The work shall comprise the complete design, manufacture, shop testing, transport, installation, erection, field testing and commissioning of the penstocks and associated equipment, together with all equipment, materials, engineering, temporary works, labour, supervision and services required to provide a complete, satisfactory and fully operational installation.
