Συνοπτικά, το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης θα είναι η εκπόνηση όλων των μελετών για την αναστήλωση του διατηρητέου κτιρίου & διαμόρφωσης του περιβάλλοντα χώρου του κτήματος ΦΙΞ. Το κτήμα Φιξ είναι ένας από τους πλέον εμβληματικούς χώρους του Ηρακλείου Αττικής, άρρηκτα συνδεδεμένος τόσο με την ιστορία της πόλης όσο και με την αρχιτεκτονική της κληρονομιά, αποτελεί ιστορικό διατηρητέο μνημείο, ενώ είναι μοναδικός πνεύμονας πρασίνου στην καρδιά της πόλης και εν δυνάμει χώρος ανάπτυξης, ανάδειξης και προβολής πολιτισμού. Η αποκατάστασή του διατηρητέου κτιρίου και η διαμόρφωση του περιβάλλοντα χώρου του κτήματος ΦΙΞ, αποσκοπεί στην προστασία του, στη διατήρηση της υλικής του υπόστασης και της αυθεντικότητάς του στο χρόνο, στην ανάδειξή του και την ασφαλή για το κοινό επισκεψιμότητα του, με χρήσεις συμβατές με το χαρακτήρα του και με τις δυνατότητες του φέροντος συστήματός του.
