## About this tender

La présente consultation concerne un Marché Global de Performance pour la conception, réalisation exploitation et maintenance du projet de réhabilitation de l'ancien bâtiment des archives départementales en Centre d'Histoire et de Mémoire de Montpellier. La procédure de passation utilisée est le dialogue compétitif. Elle est soumise aux articles L. 2124-4, R. 2124-5, R. 2161-24 à R. 2161-31 et L. 2171-3 du Code de la commande publique. La procédure est décomposée en deux phases distinctes : - Une première phase de candidature dite « sélection des candidatures » au terme de laquelle les candidats admis à présenter une offre seront sélectionnés ; - Une seconde phase d'offre dite « offre » au terme de laquelle l'attributaire sera choisi. A l'issue de la phase sélection des candidatures, 3 candidats seront retenus, pour participer à la seconde phase. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Le montant estimatif est indiqué dans le règlement de la consultation. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires
