TDS bude realizován v následujících fázích realizace stavby: Fáze A. Předrealizační fáze- činnost TDS před zahájením realizace stavby Fáze B. Realizační fáze – činnost TDS v průběhu realizace stavby Fáze C. Uvedení stavby do provozu/Zkušební provoz/Kolaudace stavby Fáze D. Inženýrská činnost v průběhu záruční doby stavby TDS bude prováděn v souladu požadavky zadavatele vymezenými v této ZD a v souladu se zákonem č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon (dále jen „stavební zákon“), v platném znění. Technický dozor musí vykonávat fyzická osoba oprávněná dle zákona č. 360/1992 Sb. o výkonu povolání autorizovaných architektů a o výkonu povolání autorizovaných inženýrů a techniků činných ve výstavbě, v platném znění (dále jen „autorizační zákon“). Zadavatel požaduje výkon služby TDS dle standardu vymezeného v Metodickém pokynu ČKAIT MP 3.2 - Výkon technického dozoru stavebníka ([profesis.ckait.cz/dokumenty-ckait/mp-3-2](https://profesis.ckait.cz/dokumenty-ckait/mp-3-2/)). TDS bude pokrývat věcný rozsah celého projektu stavby dle podmínek uvedených v zadávací dokumentaci veřejné zakázky na zhotovitele stavby (viz příloha č. 4 - odkaz na profil zadavatele v NEN, kde je zveřejněna celá zadávací dokumentace včetně návrhů všech smluv uzavíraných s vybraným zhotovitelem stavby).
