Součástí je také doplnění omítek, obnovy výplní otvorů a související stavebně-technické práce vedoucí k uvedení objektu do bezpečného a stabilizovaného stavu vč. restaurování kamenných okenních ostění, říms apod, kompletní oprava fasády a osazení nových výplní.
