De este modo, la ejecución de las obras se llevará a cabo conforme al proyecto técnico aprobado, con el fin de entregar el edificio completamente acabado, equipado y en condiciones de plena operatividad y ocupación, de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas y funcionales establecidas.
