DNS bude rozdělen na 3 kategorie podle výše předpokládané hodnoty dílčí veřejné zakázky. Kategorie I. - předpokládaná hodnota je rovna nebo nižší než 400 000 Kč bez DPH. Kategorie II. - předpokládaná hodnota je vyšší než 400.000 Kč bez DPH a zároveň rovna nebo nižší než 1 500 000 Kč bez DPH.
