Zur Entlastung der bestehenden Parkierungsanlagen und zur Sicherstellung eines leistungsfähigen Klinikbetriebs ist die Errichtung eines weiteren Parkhauses ("Parkhaus Mitte 2.0") vorgesehen. An selber Stelle befindet sich derzeit eine Parkpalette (ca. 250 Stellplätze) mit Untergeschoss in marodem Zustand, die zuvor abgerissen werden muss. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die schlüsselfertige Errichtung eines großvolumigen Parkhauses mit einer Mindestzielgröße von ca. 750 Stellplätzen und 2 Aufzügen. Die Ausschreibung ist systemoffen (konventionell, modular, hybrid), maßgeblich ist die vollumfängliche funktionale Zielerfüllung sowie die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung.
