The framework agreement will primarily be used for inspections and controls of the schemes for electricity subsidy and the Norgespris. The framework agreement is not limited to these schemes and it will also be able to cover similar assignments within concurrent thematics, including inspections and controls that are within RME ́s authority. The framework agreement can also include minor assignments where the contractor provides RME assistance with the execution of individual assignments within similar inspection and control processes, for example assistance with data acquisition, data review and analyses.
