Construcția acestui pasaj impune: devierile şi protejările de utilități afectate si contruirea unei pasaj suprateran, structura rutiera pista pentru bicicliști ʺLA SOLʺ. Conf prev art 160 (2) din Legea 98/2016 modificat prin OUG 107/2017, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
