Construirea drumurilor publice si a trotuarelor din Parcul de specializare inteligenta Oradea situat in str. Corneliu Baba 2. Realizarea retelelor de utilitati pentru racordul a 17 parcele la sistemele de alimentare cu apa, canalizare si sistem de irigatii 3. Realizarea retelelor de utilitati pentru racordul a 17 parcele la sistemele de alimentare cu energie electrica si iluminat public Obiectivul general al proiectului este sprijinirea ecosistemului antreprenorial regional, incurajarea dezvoltarii diferitelor forme specifice de antreprenoriat și sustinerea investitiilor in activitati economice cu valoarea adaugata mare, bazate pe tehnologii avansate, inovare si pe cunoastere, prin infiintarea unei structuri de sprijin pentru IMM-uri (asigurarea utilitatilor si a altor facilitati din cadrul parcului de specializare inteligenta) la nivelul Municipiului Oradea și a zonei sale urbane funcționale, in scopul facilitării procesului de crestere si consolidare a competitivitatii economice a IMM-urilor din regiune.
