## About this tender

Die im Folgenden beschriebenen Leistungsanforderungen stützen sich auf den Beschluss des Landtages Brandenburg vom 18. Juni 2026 (Drucksache 8/2833-B) zur Einrichtung und Durchführung des Bürgerrates "Zukunft des öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunks", der zentrale Fragen der zukünftigen Ausgestaltung des öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunks aus der Perspektive der Bürgerinnen und Bürger beraten und hierzu Empfehlungen erarbeiten soll. Der mit der Konzeption und Durchführung zu beauftragende externe Dienstleister (Auftragnehmer) wird durch die Projektstelle Bürgerrat beim Petitionsausschuss des Landtages Brandenburg begleitet.
