Scopul contractului este achiziţia lucrărilor rest de executat pentru realizarea obiectivului de investiții „Construire hotel cu regim de înaltime S+P+2E+M, zona Spa, Post de transformare, împrejmuire teren, branșamente utilități, terasă și montare panouri fotovoltaice” conform Caietului de sarcini. Principalele lucrări de construcție sunt: Obiect 1 Hotel, Cladirea propusa are regim de inaltime S+P+2E+3R; Obiect 2 – Bar – Lounge, Cladirea propusa are regim de inaltime P. Orice operator economic interesat poate sa solicite clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, numai in SEAP. Termen pentru solicitari de clarificari: 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări cu 11 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
