## About this tender

Die Gemeinde Alfter beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Erweiterungsgebäudes für das Gymnasium am Standort des bestehenden Schulcampus Oedekoven (Am Rathaus 11, 53347 Alfter-Oedekoven). Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Errichtung eines Erweiterungsneubaus grundsätzlich in dreidimensionaler Holz- oder/ Holz-Hybrid-Modulbauweise unter funktionaler und baulicher Einbindung des bereits sanierten Bestandsgebäudes sowie der angrenzenden Sporthalle. Die gesamte pädagogische Nutzfläche beträgt ca. 7.400 m² und wird auf das Bestandsgebäude und den Neubau aufgeteilt. Abweichend von der Modulbauweise sind das Erdgeschoss (Hanglage, Beton/WU-Beton) und die Arena (Holzbauweise, kein Modulbau) in konventioneller Bauweise auszuführen. Der Schulerweiterungsneubau soll spätestens zum Schuljahresbeginn 2029/2030 (bis spätestens 05/2029) in Betrieb genommen werden. Eine frühzeitige Inbetriebnahme zum Schuljahresbeginn 2028/2029 (bis 05/2028) ist anzustreben und wird als Zuschlagskriterium besonders bewertet. Das Schuljahr 2027/2028 und ggf. 2028/2029 kann im Interimsbetrieb (Containerlösung) stattfinden.
