## About this tender

Die 50Hertz Offshore GmbH errichtet am Standort Rostock-Warnemünde das „Rostock Offshore Quartier (ROQ)“ als zentralen Betriebs-, Verwaltungs- und Logistikstandort für die Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Versorgung der Offshore-Netzanlagen in der Ostsee. Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Errichtung eines Verwaltungsgebäudes mit integrierter Garage, einer Lagerhalle mit zugehörigen Sozial-, Technik- und Logistikbereichen sowie die Herstellung sämtlicher Außenanlagen, Verkehrsflächen, Erschließungsanlagen und technischen Infrastrukturen. Der Standort übernimmt zukünftig zentrale Aufgaben der Betriebsführung, Instandhaltung und Versorgung der Offshore-Netzanbindungen von 50Hertz. Entsprechend bestehen erhöhte Anforderungen an Betriebssicherheit, Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheitstechnik, Dauerhaftigkeit sowie die langfristige Nutzungsflexibilität der Gebäude. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt auf Grundlage der Planungsunterlagen der Leistungsphasen 2 bis 5 einschließlich sämtlicher Fachplanungen, Berechnungen, Nachweise, Konzepte, Anlagen und Detailplanungen. Sämtliche Leistungen sind so auszuführen, dass ein vollständiges, funktionsfähiges, genehmigungsfähiges, betriebsbereites und mangelfreies Gesamtwerk entsteht.
