De opgave bestaat uit 70 tot 80 nultredenappartementen, waarvan ten minste 28 sociale huurwoningen, aangevuld met goedkope en betaalbare huur- en/of koopwoningen en koopwoningen in de vrije sector. Het woonprogramma richt zich op een gemengde doelgroep, met nadruk op starters en senioren. Naast het woonprogramma bestaat de opgave uit: •Een kindcentrum voor onderwijs en kinderopvang; •Een maatschappelijke ontmoetingsruimte; •Mogelijk een commerciële zorgruimte; •Een groene parkzone met waterberging (bijvoorbeeld wadi’s en/of ondergrondse opslag) en voorzieningen voor sport, spel en ontmoeting; •Parkeren, waaronder gedeeltelijk verdiept of half-verdiept parkeren. De grondprijs van plot A, B en C wordt vastgesteld op basis van een taxatieprotocol.
