Předmětem VZ je provedení stavby, a to v rozsahu a podle dokumentace pro provádění stavby ze dne 10/2025 zpracované společností INTAR, a.s., IČ 255 94 443, pod zakázkovým číslem 21041401-4 (dále jen „PD“), stavebního povolení vydaného č. 37-05-25 (spis.zn.: 83115/2025-1322) ze dne 21.11.2025, které nabylo právní moci dne 25.11.2025 Předmětem je výstavba nového objektu složeného ze dvou budov, ve kterých bude zabezpečen provoz řízených střel Derby a Python-5 při kompletaci, resp. dekompletaci, kontrolách a při skladování. Jádrem stavby je výbuchu-odolný bunkr, na který navazuje administrativní, skladovací a laboratorní zázemí, které je schopné ochránit obsluhy před účinky zplodin hoření startovných, resp. letových motorů řízených střel.
