Usluga obuhvaća: • izradu Glavnog projekta za ishođenje građevinske dozvole, • ishođenje svih potrebnih potvrda javnopravnih tijela, • sudjelovanje u postupku ishođenja građevinske dozvole do njezine pravomoćnosti, • izradu Izvedbenog projekta svih struka, • izradu troškovnika radova i procjene investicije.
