## About this tender

С настоящата процедура, ФМФИБ възлага на Финансовия посредник изпълнението на „Фонд за устойчив бизнес старт” (ФУБС). Финансовият посредник следва да подготви и извърши действия по учредяване на Алтернативен инвестиционен фонд (АИФ) в избрана от него юрисдикция на територията на ЕС, в който Инвеститорите, включително ФМФИБ, да вложат сума, която да бъде инвестирана чрез Допустими инструменти за Допустими инвестиции в допустими Крайни получатели. Неразделна част от услугата е и реализацията и управлението на инвестиционната дейност на Фонда. С настоящата процедура, ФМФИБ възлага на Финансовия посредник изпълнението на „Фонд за устойчив бизнес старт” (ФУБС).
