Die GMH \| Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein städtisches Unternehmen, welches u.a. für über 50 allgemeinbildende Schulen im Süden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie für Gebäude des Hochschul- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt. --------------- Im Zuge der geplanten Abbruchmaßnahme, Abbriss des Hauptgebäudes STS Finkenwerder inkl. Technikzentrale, ist vorab die Errichtung einer neuen zentralen Wärmeversorgung erforderlich. --------------- Hier: Heizung --------------- Die Maßnahme umfasst die Errichtung einer Heizzentrale als Hybridanlage bestehend aus Wärmepumpen und Pelletkessel in einem Technikanbau des Neubaus ZFH. In Ergänzung sind zugehörige Maßnahmen wie die Errichtung eines Wärmeverteilnetz, GA, und Umbauten im Bestand auszuführen..
