Obiectul contractului include: a) Lucrari de constructie; b) Furnizarea si montarea utilajelor si echipamentelor tehnologice; c) Testare si punere in functiune; d) Monitorizarea si acordarea de asistenta/consultanta personalului responsabil pe parcursul Perioadei de garantie, atunci cand este necesar; e) Remedierea eventualelor defecte aparute in Perioada de Garantie; f) Instruirea personalului Beneficiarului. Pe toata durata perioadei de garantie, Antreprenorul va avea in vedere mentinerea de personal cu prezenta continua, care sa monitorizeze performantele operationale ale lucrarilor executate, pentru verificarea respectarii plafoanelor maxime din garantiile privind costurile de operare, asigurand instruire si asistenta operationala pentru personalul Beneficiarului. Numarul de zile până la care Operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatiilor suplimentare astfel: - cu 25 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru solicitarile de clarificari depuse cu 34 de zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor; - cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor pentru solicitarile de clarificari depuse cu 19 de zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
