Оценките за съответствие на инвестиционните проекти следва да се извършат като комплексни доклади за съществените изисквания по чл. 169, ал. 1, т. 1-6 от ЗУТ, при спазване на изискванията на чл. 142, ал. 5 от ЗУТ. Комплексните доклади ще са необходими за одобряване на съответните инвестиционни проекти и за последващо издаване на разрешения за строеж. Дейност 2 - Упражняване на строителен надзор, включително изпълнение функциите на инвеститорски контрол и на координатор по безопасност и здраве върху строителните и монтажни работи съгласно одобрените инвестиционни проекти. Консултантът трябва да изпълнява функциите, произтичащи от ЗУТ, чрез ключовите експерти, посочени в предложението му.
